Either you're really bored or you are interested in my news. Either way, I appreciate you taking the time to stop and read this page.
June 9th-
The celebration of 4 years of marriage to my muse and parenting partner included a drink of Jack and Ginger (the first thing we did after exchanging vows) over a few games of darts and pool at the Post. As expected, I won.
There was no gift exchange (not that I'd expect there to be) but I did give a cute card (something to do with fishing and what a great catch he is) because the traditional gift of fruit or flowers is corny (I did buy bananas that morning, for our boys, perhaps I should have wrapped them?) and the modern gift of an appliance is pointless since we already have everything we need... including the awesome coffee pot I bought a few weeks ago that you can program to go off in the morning before you crawl out of bed.
Also, I want to give a very special congratulations to Brittany, who just participated in her last concert of the year. She was excited about dressing up and I have to admit she was stunning.
June 12th-
I'd like to wish a very happy 1st birthday to my youngest son (Doug) who is pictured below. Tomorrow we will be having a cookout and cake to celebrate this wonderful day.
